Frequently asked questions
Is my website built from a template?
No. Every website is designed for you: your colours, your logo, your content and your layout. The demos above all look different for exactly this reason.
Who owns the domain name?
You do. The domain is registered in your name and you renew it yourself (usually a few hundred to about a thousand rupees a year). We connect it to your website.
How long does it take to build my website?
Usually about a week once we have your photos, services and timings.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee is one-time: your custom website design, content setup, connecting your domain and installing SSL. After that you pay only the monthly fee.
Can I have my website in more than one language?
Yes. An additional language, for example Hindi alongside English, costs ₹1,000 one time. Visitors switch language from the header.
What if I need changes later?
1-2 minor changes a month (a timing, a phone number, a photo) are free. For bigger changes we give you a quote first.
What is the Pro plan with appointments?
Patients choose a time slot on your website. You get your own panel with bookings, a summary of collections, and treatment plans that track instalments and dues.
What will you write on my website?
Only accurate, factual information: your name, speciality, address and timings. We do not publish misleading claims such as "100% cure", because medical advertising has rules.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. It is a monthly plan with no long contract, and the domain stays yours.
What does 99.9% uptime mean?
It is our target, not a guarantee. We monitor your website around the clock and fix problems quickly.
