Terms of Service

These terms apply to websites and related services provided by WebBandhu ("we", "us") to doctors, clinics and other businesses ("you").

1. What we provide

We design, host and maintain a website for you, including SSL, backups and technical support, as described in the plan you choose. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our website and in your order.

2. Fees

• A one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, as per your plan. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Monthly fees are payable in advance. We provide a GST invoice for every payment.
• Your domain name is registered in your name and renewed by you at your own cost.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything shown on your website.
• You confirm that your registration and qualification details are correct and that you will not publish misleading claims, guaranteed-cure statements or anything that breaks medical advertising rules.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photos, text and logos you give us.
• You indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied or approved.

4. Complaints and takedown

Anyone can report a problem with a website we host through the complaint page or at support@webbandhu.in. We may suspend or remove content or a website while a complaint is examined, or where required by law or an authority.

5. Patient data (booking plan)

If you use appointment or patient features, you are the owner of that patient information and responsible for using it lawfully. We store it on your behalf, only to run the service, and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and monitor your website, but this is a target and not a guarantee. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause interruptions.

7. Cancellation

You can stop the service at any time. Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. After cancellation your website may be taken offline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location have jurisdiction.
