• When you file a complaint: the details you choose to give us, and a contact number or email.
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to spot spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about the request you made, and to provide and support our service.
• To investigate and respond to complaints.
• To keep the website safe from spam and misuse.

Who can see it

Our team, and the partner whose referral code you used (if any), can see the details you submit so they can follow up. We do not sell your information. We share it only when the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to support@webbandhu.in.

Websites we host for doctors

Each doctor's website is run by that doctor. Information entered on a doctor's website, such as an appointment request, is held on behalf of that doctor, who decides how it is used.
