What clients say about the experience

Sample testimonials, shown for demonstration only.

I was dreading a property dispute that had dragged on for years. Within a week I had a written plan, a realistic timeline and a fee I could plan around. No surprises, ever.

Common Questions

Before you call, a few things people often ask

If your question is not answered here, send a message and the chamber will respond on the next working day.

Ask a Question
What should I bring to the first consultation?

Bring any notices, agreements, court papers, receipts or correspondence connected with the matter, along with a photo ID. If you do not have everything, come anyway — we will list what is missing.

How are fees decided?

Fees are quoted in writing after the case assessment. Drafting and notices are charged at a fixed fee; litigation is charged stage by stage, so you can see the cost of each phase before it begins.

What is the usual timeline in a cheque bounce case?

A legal notice must be sent within 30 days of learning that the cheque was returned unpaid. The drawer then has 15 days to pay, and a complaint can be filed within a month after that period ends. Many cases settle at the mediation stage.

Can I consult by phone or video?

Yes. Consultations are available at the chamber, by phone or on video. Documents can be shared securely by email or WhatsApp before the call.

Do you appear in courts outside Delhi?

The practice is centred on the Delhi High Court and Delhi district courts. For matters elsewhere, the chamber coordinates with trusted local counsel and keeps you informed throughout.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Communications between an advocate and client are protected by professional privilege, and your documents are never shared without your consent.
